Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Priya Thai Massage and the customer when booking and using massage services through priyathaimassage.com. By submitting a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Services
Priya Thai Massage offers the following services:
- Traditional Thai Massage
- Thai Oil Massage
- Foot Massage
- Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
Each service is available in various durations and at prices shown on the website at the time of booking. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
3. Booking
3.1 Booking process
Bookings are made via the form at priyathaimassage.com/book. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment via Stripe. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.
3.2 Payment
Payment is taken by card via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We do not store card details. The amount is charged upon booking confirmation.
3.3 Availability
Appointments are available daily between 11:00 and 20:00. Availability is checked in real time. The provider reserves the right to change the schedule in exceptional circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by the customer
- 24 hours or more before the appointment: no refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: no refund.
- No-show: no refund.

4.2 Cancellation by the provider
If we cancel your appointment (e.g. illness, force majeure), we will offer an alternative slot or a full refund within 14 days. We are not liable for damages arising from cancellations due to force majeure.
4.3 Refund process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment instrument within 14 days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2, Art. 43č) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal (before the service begins), send a clear statement to priyathaimassage5@gmail.com.
6. Health Contraindications and Customer Responsibility
Massage is suitable for most healthy adults. You must:
- Inform the therapist before the session of any health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or medication that may affect the safety of the massage.
- Arrive sober and free of contagious illness.
- Follow the therapist's guidance during and after the session.
We are not liable for consequences arising from undisclosed or concealed health conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, etc.)
- Damage arising from undisclosed health contraindications
- Loss or damage to personal items not deposited in our care
- Indirect or consequential damages exceeding the value of the service rendered
8. Complaints
Submit any complaint within 8 days of the service to priyathaimassage5@gmail.com. We will respond within 8 business days.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers may use the following ADR options:

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Domžale or the consumer's place of domicile in Slovenia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 15 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at priyathaimassage.com/terms.
